Folio Cloud medio has taken the highest level of Cloud security to Austria: The use of the Austrian citizen card and mobile signature as Cloud admission pass! This means the utmost protection for your Cloud access, a guaranteed personal digital identity for collaboration with business partners and perfect security for your data in the Cloud. And the best bit: You don’t need a card reader or cititzen card – just your mobile phone!

It really is this easy:

• Activate your Austrian Citizen Card with Mobile Signature.
• Subcribe to Folio Cloud medio via our Cloud Editions Shop.
• Activate the Cloud App Digital ID for your account. Folio Cloud medio then pairs your account with your citizen card and mobile signature. The Cloud App Digital ID is included with Folio Cloud medio.
• Log in to Folio Cloud with your citizen card and mobile signature.
• Create team rooms with the security level “Digital ID”: only contacts who are also logged in with digital ID (and of course to whom you have given access rights) have access to the team room and its contents.

How to activate your citizen card with mobile signature

Activating your citizen card with mobile signature is simple. Instructions can be found at www.handy-signatur.at. During the activation you will receive a signature password which you need to log in to Folio Cloud.

Folio Cloud medio can be found in our Editions Shop for just EUR 24.90 per user per month for a one year subscription.

How to activate the Cloud App Digital ID in your Folio Cloud medio user account

The Cloud App Digital ID is included with Folio Cloud medio. Activate the Cloud App under “Account” and “Cloud Apps”. When you click to activate the Cloud App, Folio Cloud pairs your account with your chosen form of digital ID, in this case your citizen card with mobile signature.

How to test the highest security level with your citizen card and mobile signature for 3 months free of charge

In our Cloud App Store, activate the three month free test for a Cloud App that requires Folio Cloud medio – for example Classification Scheme. This automatically gives you free access to Folio Cloud medio and all its included Cloud Apps for three months. You will find Digital ID listed amongst your available Cloud Apps for this test period – you just need to activate the app as described above.

How to log in to Folio Cloud with your citizen card and mobile signature

Click on the “Digital ID” tab on the Folio Cloud login page and select “Austrian Citizen Card with Mobile Signature” from the “Type of Digital ID” drop-down menu. You are then prompted to enter your mobile phone number and signature password. Then click “identify” and you will receive a TAN by SMS on your registered mobile phone. Enter this TAN in the TAN field and click “sign” to complete the login.
